Christmassy Bad Oeynhausen
From November 25, the Bad Oeynhausen Christmas market invites you to take a winter stroll through the town center and spa gardens. TheChristmas lights in the park with the Westphalian gift market attract young and old to the spa gardens and make eyes light up in front of the illuminated historic spa backdrop.
Another highlight is the skating fun in the city center on the ice rink. Not only Inowroclaw Square, but the entire city center with a small forest shines in Christmas splendor.
The scent of roasted almonds and mulled wine invites you to linger, enjoy and stroll. Past the impressive backdrop of illuminated stars, shining trees and historic buildings. The warm and cold white sea of lights creates a unique atmosphere. The Kurpark is also a popular destination for gift seekers. Here at the Westphalian gift market, artisans offer a variety of creative products that are often handmade.
Crafts made from ceramics and local woods as well as jewelry and textiles are lined up next to decorative items and knitwear - it's worth stopping by several times and discovering the new handicrafts.
The Christmas market and ice skating rink are open from 27.11. to 27.12. every day from 12 noon to 9 pm. The Christmas market is closed on 25 December.
The crafts market in the spa gardens is open daily from Monday to Friday from 16 to 8 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 8 pm.
The Lights in the Park from Mondays to Fridays from 16:00 to 22:00, on weekends until 23 o'clock. The food huts in the park are open until 21:00.
