Experience and explore nature with the nature experience rucksack from the Teutoburg Naturefriends House

An information board at the parking lot on the way to the Naturfreundehaus (hanging below) provides an overview of the hiking route and further information about the nature experience backpack. The hike starts from the entrance to the house or the parking lot. Here you first walk along the tarred road and then soon turn left into the forest and to the first stop "Kalkmagerrasen". The hiking route leads over the Ubbedisser Berg (please allow for a slight incline), through species-rich mixed deciduous forests and partly across meadows. The circular route ends back at the Naturfreundehaus.

Nature can be experienced and playfully explored at a total of 7 stations:

Station 1: Calcareous grassland

Station 2: Forest soil and deadwood

Station 3: Forest birds

Station 4: Trees and shrubs

Station 5: Orchard meadows

Station 6: At the forest pond

Station 7: At the woodlot

Depending on the weather conditions and time of year, there may be damp, wet or slippery patches on the route.

Please wear sturdy shoes and don't forget drinks on the tour!
