Therapeutischer Wanderweg (Lage-Hörste)

The therapeutic hiking trail starts at the "Iutspann Hiddentrup" parking lot and leads as a circular route across the Hörster Egge.

The starting point of the training route is the "Iutspann Hiddentrup" parking lot (measuring point 1). From there to measuring point 2, you should exercise caution. This section of the route is quite uphill. From the second measuring point to measuring point 3, the path is undulating with only slight ascents. A slightly sloping section, therefore without any difficulties, awaits you on the way to measuring point 4. The path climbs slightly again up to measuring point 5. You then hike on a longer downhill section on asphalted ground to measuring point 6. From the village center, the trail leads you to measuring point 7. This section is only moderately uphill. The route back to the starting point is "downhill" and is already used for cardiac recovery.
