The Elsbach Haus offers extraordinary spaces for offices, retail and gastronomy on five levels. The combination of historical architecture and contemporary elements is particularly successful. In 2004, the parking garage with 450 parking spaces and an office building with 4,000 square meters of office space were built in a second construction phase.

The sculpture "La Palla" (The Ball) was erected by the Italian representative of Arte Povera, Luciano Fabro (1936 - 2007), on the traffic circle in front of the Elsbach Haus in November 2004. The final point of the sculpture is the shiny stainless steel sphere with a diameter of 3.50 meters on Schillerplatz. A 350-metre-long banner with the poem "The Ball" by Rainer Maria Rilke runs along Goebenstrasse and "wrapped" around the sphere.

The Elsbach Haus is located at the traffic circle at Schillerstraße and Goebenstraße. The MARTa Museum is located opposite. The music school and the vocational college are also adjacent. The train station is only about 300 meters away. 450 parking spaces are available in the parking garage.
