In the north of the town of Bünde lies the Bauernbad Randringhausen, a recognized health resort with spa facilities. The first health fountain in Bünde dates back to 1728. Today, the only state-approved iodine-sulphur spring in NRW is located here. Spa guests can relax with iodine-sulphur mud baths, sulphur mud baths or exercise baths. The circular hiking trails, the well-kept spa gardens and the gastronomic offerings invite you to enjoy other activities. The spa is primarily aimed at people with rheumatic diseases, sciatica, gout, nerve and gynaecological problems and offers rehabilitation measures following hip, knee and spinal operations.
