The Hohenfelder Brauhaus is a house with a long history. Originally founded in 1592 by the chef Hermann Plöscher "for the catering of guests", it has established itself as a brewery over the centuries.

Today, the tradition is continued by offering fresh delicacies to delight the hearts and palates of guests.
