Active in the park

The state bath offers a varied active program in the spa park from April to October. Find out more about the various program contents, dates and running times - the offer is suitable for consistent supporters as well as for those who spontaneously decide to try it out. Anyone who wants to get active in the fresh air in a beautiful park environment can take part in "Active in the Park".

Activating gymnastics

It's a wonderful feeling to start the day actively and in a beautiful landscape. During our gymnastics in the park, the body is moved, stretched and strengthened from foot to head in a variety of ways, sometimes with and sometimes without small equipment. The fasciae are used in a completely natural way, creating a feeling of well-being that will accompany you throughout the day. Give it a try! You'll love it.

The meeting point is the active point at the active area.
